This Claygate project was introduced to us by a local architect and when we met the client to run through requirements we decided on an upgrade path that kept some existing aspects of the original systems as well as upgrading others.

We took the client for a demonstration on Home Theatre systems of which at the time was just for a combination Lounge / Media Room, but after experiencing the full potential of a dedicated Home Theatre a room was quickly given over to this idea. And now the family enjoy many an hour watching their favourite movies and sport.

A Lutron lighting system was installed to all Rooms in the house with the new Palladiom style keypads.
